Built on the evidence, not the promise.
Loom has cleaned Toronto floors since 2013, certified technicians, tested methods, and photographs of every result.
A floor-care company that shows its work.
Loom started in 2013 with one van, one extractor and a simple frustration. Too much of the trade treated fabric like a guess. We built the company around testing first, identify the fibre, prove the method on a hidden patch, then clean the whole thing.
The standard is documented
Every job is photographed before and after and filed against the address, and every method is written down for the fibre it treats. It is a small thing that changes everything. The customer can see the result, and we can be held to it.
Why it matters
Carpet, rugs, upholstery and hard floors are the most expensive surfaces in a home and the easiest to ruin with the wrong chemistry. Cleaning them well is a technical job, and we run it like one.
